Please note the following holiday schedule for the KSCN Team and warehouse:

Holiday Schedule

Mid-Autumn Festival: Friday, September 25 through Sunday, September 27. Regular service will resume on Monday, September 28.

National Day: Thursday, October 1 through Monday, October 5. Regular service will resume on Tuesday, October 6.

Warehouse Service Arrangements

1. The KSCN Team and warehouse will be closed during the holidays. Inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, returns, relabeling, inventory counts, and other warehouse operations will be temporarily suspended.

2. Orders and service requests submitted during the closure will be processed in the order received once operations resume. Processing times may be slightly delayed following the holidays.

3. Please arrange any urgent outbound shipments or warehouse services in advance. Inbound appointments and estimated arrival times should also be confirmed beforehand to avoid deliveries during the closure.

4. For packages shipped before the holidays, tracking updates and delivery times will be subject to the carriers’ actual operating schedules.

Please plan your inventory and order fulfillment accordingly. If you have any urgent requests, please coordinate with your K&S representative before the holidays.
