December 24–25, 2025 (Wednesday–Thursday, U.S. Time)

• U.S. warehouses and U.S.-based teams will be closed

• China warehouses and China-based teams will remain fully operational

🎆 New Year Holiday

January 1–2, 2026 (Thursday–Friday, U.S. Time)

• Both U.S. and China warehouses and teams will be closed

• Warehouse operations, outbound shipments, pickups, and customer support will resume after the holiday

Please note that carrier transit times may be impacted during the holiday period. We recommend planning ahead for time-sensitive shipments and coordinating with your account manager in advance.
